UnitParking’s parking solution is based on responsibility in all parts of the process.
In the first stage, a needs analysis is carried out together with the client. Here we define how many cars are going in and / or out at different periods during the day. The solution will be adapted depending on, among other things, peak flows.
The entire solution is then designed and simulated and agreed with the client before a thorough cost assessment for a turnkey project is produced.
An agreement is written and UnitParking orders the various parts. After that, the actual construction is planned and started.
We are responsible for the project and are project managers throughout the process. Before handover, full-scale tests are performed where all functions are tested in reality.
